The Lufthansa Technik AG hydraulic test centre located in Hamburg, Germany uses the LPA2 Particle Counter for analysis of hydraulic fluids on their Skydrol test benches

The Lufthansa Technik engineers selected the LPA2 product in June 2002, for its accuracy, ease of use and speed of test results.

The LPA2 Particle Counter is fully compatible with Skydrol ® aviation fluids.

LPA2 - A Necessary Investment For Hydraulic Systems

As a supplier to a major construction equipment manufacturer Related Fluid Power of Cuparmuir, Scotland have recently invested into the purchase of an LPA2 Laser Particle Analyser.

Related Fluid Power manufacture high quality cartridge valves and custom designed manifolds, to both the small and large Original Equipment Manufacturer markets. The power pack shown is a 37 kW electrically motor driven unit, providing 150 lpm flow at 280 bar working pressure. All electrical components are Zone 1 Certified either EExd or Exi. The structure of the unit is a steel weldment and is fully loaded tested and NDT certified to
DNV 2.7-1/EN12079 Offshore Standards. The frame also incorporates lifting eyes, forklift channels for ease of transport and an integral hose storage tray.
